Remember the love that we once shared, Miss me but let me go... Arthur Lee Dillon, 68, entered into heaven Friday, July 31, 2015. Service: 1 p.m. Sunday at Prince Memorial Baptist Church, 5301 Shackleford St. Interment: 11 a.m. Monday in Laurel Land Memorial Park.  In the spring of 1947,  April 18, to be exact, in Franklinton, Louisiana, a bouncing baby boy was born to James and Willie L. Dillon, they named him, Arthur Lee Dillon. He along with his siblings, Wilbert, James, Dennis, Frank, Helen, Laura, Shirley, Maxine, Myrtle, Willene, Jerri and Emma, were reared in a loving Christian environment where Christ was reverenced. Arthur Lee was a proud graduate of Washington Parish High School, class of 1966.  Upon completing high school and relocating to Fort Worth, Arthur became employed with Miller Brewery as a Forklift    driver. In 2009,  Arthur Lee retired with over thirty years of committed and dutiful service to Millers, even serving as a Union Representative with the Teamsters. On July 31, 2015, Mr. Dillon heard the call from his master, “come unto me all ye that are heavy laden and I will give thee rest”.  He is now seated at the welcome table with his parents, his brother-Frank Dillon, and his sister-Emma J. Love. Those left with fond and precious memories are his loving daughter, Shalawn Dillion; his caring siblings, Bishop Wilbert (Barbara) Dillon, Dr. James C. Dillon of Baton Rouge, LA., Dr. Dennis (Kimberly) Dillon of Pearl River, LA., Helen (Joseph) Weary of Yakima, WA., Laura (Leslie) Varnado of Osyka, MS., Rev. Shirley Webb of New Orleans, LA., Minister Maxine (Freddy) Jamison and Myrtle Dillon, both of   Milwaukee, WI., Willene (James) Holmes and Jerri Brumfield both of Franklinton, LA., also a sister-in-law, Jean P. Dillon of Fort Worth; and a host of nieces, nephews,  friends and other loving family members.
