Beverly Alma Randall

BEVERLY ALMA GREEN RANDALL was born March 30, 1938 in New Orleans La. She was the first born to the late Alma Thomas Green, and the third born to the late Rev. Sidney Green.

She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord at an early age, and was baptized by her Father the Late Rev. Sidney Green, Pastor of the Light in Darkness B.C. She served as organist, Sunday School Teacher and wherever needed in the church.

Beverly married Benjamin Randall Sr.

After her Father's death In February 1975, her Mother decided she wanted to return to her home church, Beulah Land B.C. which was founded and Pastored by her Father from 1926 until his death in 1957.  As the matriarch of the family we followed her, at that time the Pastor was Rev. David O. Spears. After the passing of Rev Spears, we joined the Franklin Ave Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev Fred Luter Jr. where she served as Deaconess, Sunday School member and Wednesday noon bible study, and a founding member of the Senior Soldier's Ministry.

In August 2005, the devastation and destruction of New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina led to her relocation to Katy, Texas, to the home of her baby daughter Dionne R. Howard and her family.

In September 2005, under the leadership of Rev. Fred Luter Jr., and Pastor Mack the Houston's Franklin Ave. B.C. came into existence where she was among the first members. Under the leadership of Pastor Mack, Pastor Sam Young Jr., Pastor Shannon Verrett she served faithfully as Deaconess until her death.

She lived by the Mission of HFABC, Deaconess Ministry "To be faithfully committed to the Church and to the Lord"

In addition to her parents, husband, and son she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Green; son, Dwayne Randall and  grandsons, Brandon A. Jackson and Joshua D. Roberson.

Beverly leaves to cherish her memories, her nine children: Lynell G. Ringo (Steve), Lori D. Bell, Lisa D. Roberson, Terri D. Clay (Ledell) (*Deceased), Darlene D. Howard (Sam), Kenneth B. Randall (Joyce), Dionne R. Howard (Kirk), Marcell H. Randall (Rhonique); One brother, (Dr. Sidney Green-Spouse Naomi); One sister, (Elois G. Teno); One Stepdaughter, Joann H. McKay (Mack) (*Deceased); 18 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; As well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
