Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Ferbary 7, 2015 at New Temple of Praise Church 11710 Hirsh Road, Houston, Texas at 11am. On Nov. 19,1938 in franklin, Louisiana Clara Bell Philips was born to Archie and Isabella Philips she was one of ten children born to this union. She accepted Christ at an early age in Franklin, Louisiana. In the mid 50’s Clara relocated to Houston, TX were she was educated and later graduated from Houston Independent School District. She became a member of Bethany Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Simms and she later united with First Trinity Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. J.C. Parker she served faithfully for many years as church secretary, until her recently illness. In The Early 60’s she Married Melvin “Herbert” Freeman to this union two children were born. After Herbert’s passing. She meet and married Charlie Herman Breeze to this union three children were born. This made her a PROUD mother of five wonder and gifted children. Clara loved her children with her whole heart. On Jan 31, 2015 Clara was called home to be with The Lord. She is now reunited with her parents Archie and Isabella Phillips, husbands: Melvin “Herbert” Freeman and Charlie Herman Breeze, Jr., daughters: Cynitha Bowers, Constance Breeze, and Chelsney Edwards; Sisters Nola Conner, Annie Marks, Betty Whitaker, Rose Lotton; Brothers: Leroy Phillips, Benjamin Phillips, and Woodrow Phillips; and one grandchild Marion Thomas. She Leaves to cherish her Memories two sons Melvin Freeman and Charlie Breeze, III, 16 grandchild, seven great grandchildren, two brothers: Archie Phillips, and Charlie Phillips, Ten Sister-in-Laws; two brother-in-Laws; one son-in-law, One special road buddy, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends
