Debra Ann Marshall

Debra Ann Marshall was born October 15, 1958 to Freddie Loyd White Sr. and Danice Franklin White in Natchez, MS. She was known to her family as, “Sissy.” She graduated from Vidalia High School in Vidalia, LA in the Class of 1976 and attended Houston Community College for a short period of time. She attended Family Worship Center in Stafford, TX. Debra Marshall passed away gracefully, Saturday, June 17, 2023 in Houston, TX at the age of 64.

She was an avid football fan and enjoyed watching all the games, but she was a die-hard Houston Texans Fan. She always took pictures of classic cars around town and would post them on Facebook with the caption. “I will Run.” She really appreciated a beautiful sunset and horizon.

She was preceded in death by her father, Freddie Loyd White Sr., her mother, Danice Franklin White, her stepmother, Clara Ransom White, paternal grandparents, Ed White and Malinda White, her maternal grand parents, Noland Franklin and Mary S. Williams, brother, Anthony White, and two grandchildren, Andrew Gutierrez and Abigal Gutierrez.

She is survived by her loving husband of forty-four years: Terry Marshall of Houston, TX; daughters: Youlanda Marshall of Stafford, TX and Terri (Andre) Marshall Frazier of Missouri City; bonus daughters: Treasa Patterson (George Sr.) Gutierrez and Tonya Patterson; siblings: Freddie Loyd (Arlie) White Jr., Eddie (Janice) White, Hal Erwin White, Larry Darnell White, Charles White, Jimmie Earl (Linda) White, Mildred White (Kenneth Sr.) Pugh and Clarence (Linda) White; bonus family: Tina Burton and Kennan “KC” Burton; grandchildren: Andrea, Zechariah Alyana, George Jr., Zariah, Adyson, Terry, Kenzlee, Ace, Ayiden; and a host of other relatives and good friends.
