Mr. Kenneth Kelley born June 6, 1953 in Palestine, Texas to Ms. Annie High & Mr. FL Kelley. Mr.Kenneth later moved to Fort. Worth, Texas and attended Fort. Worth Public Schools.Kenneth graduated from I.M, Terrell. Kenneth married the love of his life Ollie and she graciously took his last name. Mr. Kelley will be greatly missed by all that loved and adored him.
