Larry Carl Bridgewater

Larry Carl Bridgewater, the second child of four, was born into a loving and devoted Christian family on August 10, 1948, in Cleburne, Texas. He attended James E. Guinn Elementary School, Morningside Junior High School and I.M. Terrell Senior High School in Fort Worth, Texas.

At an early age, Larry opened his heart to Christ and was baptized by Rev. A.C. Pryor of New Bethel Baptist Church of Fort Worth, Texas. He held memberships in several churches, Beth Eden Baptist Church of Fort Worth, Texas and his present church, Pilgrim Valley Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as head of the Pastor’s Aide for several years.

Larry’s first job was at John Peter Smith Hospital, where he was employed in the orthopedic nursing department for twelve years. Larry was employed by the Fort Worth Independent School District for over 31 years in the Security Department at Green B. Trimble Technical High School.

On Friday, May 22, 2020, God Almighty summoned him home to spend eternity in a land of peace and joy.
